HOW LONG WILL THIS MAT LAST ME ?
The mat is designed to withstand light and semi-hard swings with a focus on technique rather than speed or strength.
From our tests minimal wear & tear occurs after ~500 swings.
After 1000 swings the screen printed indicators may slightly peel.
HOW DO I SET UP THE MAT?
For Indoor use - Attach the included velcro to the bottom of the mat and latch it into any velcro-accepting surface.
For Outdoor use - Pin the mat down using the included pins.
Then just practice your swing with, or without a ball!
